Burns, who is leaving immediately. Korpi joined Centerra in 2004, working most recently as vice president for government affairs. The shares rose 6 cents, or 0.6 percent, to C$10.28. Goff was at least the third analyst in the past week to cut his recommendation on the stock, on concern a purchase would slow revenue and profit growth at Telus’s wireless unit, which has outpaced that of BCE. Analysts at GMP Securities and National Bank Financial reduced their recommendations on June 21.

Denison Mines Corp. Denison may offer A$1.30 ($1.10) in cash for each share of the Perth-based uranium mining company, compared with an earlier A$1.15-a-share bid, the newspaper said.
