The Coyote Gold Project operation update, reporting that stage 2 of the project exploration strategy has commenced with a major diamond core drilling program underway. The aim of the Coyote Extensions Program is to discover a significant new gold resource in the order of 100,000 to more than 250,000 ounces gold, by way of an extension to the known Coyote resource. The drillhole aims to test the established Gonzales-Buggsy Lode host stratigraphy, which is referred to as the Mine Host Stratigraphy. It also advised that the target depth of the first hole (CYDD165) will be reached in early May 2008, with assay results available by mid to late May 2008 and further results to be released as the drill program progresses over the next six months.
