Thelon Ventures Ltd. is pleased to announce it has entered into a standstill agreement with a private USA Company, Utah Coal Properties LLC.

The terms are that UPC owns certain Coal rights and real Property in the state of Utah and Thelon has 30 days to complete its due diligence on the project. This term can be mutually extended if need be and both parties agree.

The due diligence will focus on the projects potential to host a high quality, super compliance coal resource and the projects proximity to existing coal mining operations, transportation networks, and coal-fired power plants or plants under development.
