Donaldson Coal Delayed Plans to Sell Shares
October 20th, 2008
Donaldson Coal Pty, an Australian producer of the fuel, has delayed plans to sell shares to the public for the first time until stability returns to financial markets, the Australian Financial Review said.
The company is unlikely to proceed with an initial public offering this year, Donaldson Chief Executive Officer Brendan McPherson told the newspaper.
Donaldson is in a position where it can “push the button and go” as soon as it wants, McPherson said.
