Brisas mine is a mine run by mining company Gold Reserve Inc. Gold Reserve mining company has invested $ 300 million to develop Brisas copper and gold mine. Venezuela government mining plan for the development of Brisas gold and copper will be conducted by a joint venture between the Venezuelan government and Rusoro Mining Ltd.
