Mongolia Coal Price Impact And Australian Coal Export Growth Future

Growth in exploration activities in the coal mines in Mongolia resulted in a sharp increase coal production. Mongolia coal production lot imported into China, because the price of coal from Mongolia is cheaper.
The difference in price of coal sold by the Mongolian market conditions will affect the export of coal to Australia commodity. largest mining company Rio Tinto warned Australia to improve coal production and coal exports to various countries.
Rio Tinto CEO Tom Albanese said, “”We must remind ourselves that Australia is not the only source of supply to market seagoing Asia, so if the coal chain is not taken, someone else will find its way into the market.”
“Coal from Mongolia to China is happening. This is an extension, perhaps doubling every two years.”
Improvements in coal shipping port of Newcastle, have not been able to help the activities of Australian coal exports to various countries, because demand always consider the price of coal is less expensive coal.
