Growth of industrial sector in China is a remarkable growth. growth in industrial sector demand growth was followed by a significant supply of energy, so that the government of China should make the production of coal and imported coal as an energy source. In 2009 the import of coal and coal production of China has increased sharply.
In the first eight months of 2009, the newly added coal in the six provinces contributed 36.8% of the national total by 5.3 percent from the same period last year.
China analysts say the growth of coal production and coal imports in 2009, China has excess supply. Mr. Ting Li argues that the rapid growth of coal production in China is accelerating coal production center in the movement toward the west, which not only increases the difficulty of transportation of coal, but also raises transportation costs and coal prices further lift.
Coal production center and source of coal supply comes from China, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang.
