Magellan Elects Robert G. Croyle As New Board of Directors
Magellan Midstream Holdings LP, which transports and distributes petroleum products, said Tuesday it has elected Robert G. Croyle as its third independent director, effective immediately.
Magellan went public on Feb. 10 and is required to have three independent directors. Croyle’s addition will raise the number of board members to eight.
