Russia Gold Mining Exploration sell Darasun for US$25m
Highland Gold Mining Ltd, Russia`s fourth-largest gold miner, said on Wednesday it had agreed to sell its Darasun unit, based in the Chita region, to private mining company Yuzhuralzoloto for US$25 million.
The deal is subject to several conditions including approval by Russia`s anti-monopoly body, Highland Gold said in a statement.
