A perchlorate plume emanating from the Barnstable County Fire Training Academy detected in drinking supply wells for the Hyannis water system is manageable and correctable, according to county officials.
That message was delivered to the Hyannis Water Board Tuesday afternoon by Tom Cambareri, county water resources manager.
