Devon Energy agrees to sell Gabon offshore oil and gas units
Devon Energy Corp. Tuesday agreed to sell its offshore Gabon oil and gas business to Oranje-Nassau Energie B.V., a subsidiary of Oranje-Nassau Groep B.V., for $205.5 million.
