Marathon Oil to Delist From NYSE Arca
Oil and gas producer Marathon Oil Corp. said Tuesday it asked to have its shares voluntarily withdrawn from trading on the NYSE Arca Inc. in order to reduce administrative costs.
The additional costs arose after NYSE Group, operator of the New York Stock Exchange, acquired Archipelago Holdings, which is the parent company of NYSE Arca.
