Diversified resources company Black Fire Minerals has snapped up the Karibib Lithium Pegmatite Project from Australian private company Sunrise Minerals in a deal worth about $455,000.

Western Lithium Canada Corporation, a Canada-based mining company, has completed its private placement of an aggregate of 17,476,000 units at a price of CAD0.95 ($0.87) per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $16.6 million ($15.2 million).
