Delta Mining Corp. Consider To Bid Iron-ore Mine project in Liberia
Liberian president Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf said in February Delta won the $1.6 billion tender to develop the iron-ore project, including a mine, pelletising plant and infrastructure. Planned production is expected to be 5-million tons a year each from the Mno River and Bomi deposits and 10-million tons a year from the Bea deposit.
