		<description><![CDATA[Mwana Africa Plc, a London-based mining company, will restart gold production at its Freda Rebecca mine in Zimbabwe because of “sustained strength” in prices and changes in the country’s export rules.

The mine is partially flooded and a “dewatering” program has begun, Mwana said in a statement distributed by the Regulatory News Service today.
